Questions About the Pictures and Frames

Are your photographs original?
Yes, all of the photos were taken by photographers Mark and Sara Kichler. The photos were not staged or altered in any way except for being cropped so they fit the 4×6 standard size.

Why are all of the letters in black and white?
We believe our photos are much more dramatic in black and white and then accented with dark gray matting and a black frame.

Why are all of the symbols and numbers in color?
A color symbol or number makes an added statement and your artwork will “pop” when you display it in your home or office.

What size are the photographs?
All of the photos are 4×6.

What color is the matting and frames?
The mats are only available in dark gray. The frames are in black.

What size are the frames?
2 opening picture frames are 11” x 13”
3 opening picture frames are 11” x 17”
4 opening picture frames are 11” x 21”
5 opening picture frames are 11” x 25”
6 opening picture frames are 11” x 31”
7 opening picture frames are 11” x 37”
8 opening picture frames are 11” x 39”
9 opening picture frames are 11” x 49”
10 opening picture frames are 11” x 49”
Note: Frames are custom made and the exact size may vary slightly.

Where did you take the pictures?
Most of the pictures were taken in the United States but, several were taken in the Virgin Islands, China, Thailand and the Philippines.

Do you sell the photos without the frames?
Yes, we are happy to sell you the pictures so you can frame and mat them as you wish. The cost is $8.50 per picture and shipping is free.

Can you create words longer than 10 letters?
Our standard frames are two to ten letters or symbols. Please contact us for information about placing a special order for 11 or more letters.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from Indianapolis, Indiana. We will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date you place your order.

How are the photos and frames shipped?
All orders are shipped by UPS Ground from Indianapolis, Indiana. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date you place your order. For an additional charge, we also offer UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.

Can I rush my order?
Yes, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. For an additional charge, we also offer UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.

Can you ship to a different address?
Yes, please let us know your special instructions when placing your order.

When will I receive my order?

Our offices are located in Carmel, Indiana, USA which is just North of Indianapolis, Indiana.

How do I care for my artwork?
Please use the proper hanging hardware for your type of wall and for the weight of your frame.

Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with our pictures. If for some reason you aren’t 100% happy with our products for any reason we ask that you return the pictures and/or frames to us. Upon receipt, we will immediately refund your purchase price to you.

What will you do with my personal information?

Are the pictures copyrighted?
Yes, all pictures, images and this web site are copyrighted and can not be copied or used without the express written permission of Wordmark Photos, Inc.
